Great spot near the natural history museum. I enjoyed the egg tagliatelle pesto. The pest was not overbearing, but soft and savory. The pasta texture was satisfying. We enjoyed the house wine and also a perfectly cooked pizza.
Food is pretty good and not expensive. However, if you come at around 12:30pm, you might need to queue for tables. I walked in and was given a seat close to the entrance but it’s really packed. Once I have finished the food and drinks, the waitress already hand me the bill. I can understand the shop is not tiny but the dining experience is a bit too fast which I didn’t expect.
Brilliant service, delicious food great atmosphere! You have to try the truffle tagliatelle, the fresh pasta was perfectly cooked and the truffle was so generous. We also shared the fried courgette which was light, crispy and not greasy at all. And don't leave without dessert! Banoffee pie to die for and the lemon tart was sweet and tangy. Love it!!
Amazing food, lovlely custumer service!
Did not have to wait for food long even on Saturday evening.
The only tiny thing that the desserts were a bit ovepriced.
Overall great experience! Thank you
My son and I had been to the science museum and googled nearby restaurants and I am so pleased that here was suggested!
Very busy being a Saturday afternoon but straight away we were shown to a table. Very polite helpful staff. The smell of garlic and herbs made me want to book a flight to Italy!
We ordered the pizzas and they were absolutely delicious and lovely big portions (I had to take some home). Loved seeing the pizzas being made. And it was clearly a mix of tourists and regulars which was fabulous to see! Chef and all the staff waved a very friendly goodbye - we will definitely be back!
