Called in 'on spec' after a visit to the Museum. Thursday evening about 5pm. A table was found for us, no problem. Food arrived quickly. Small portions except for pizzas which are a good size and were praised by our teenagers. Average prices for the area i think. Staff were friendly and attentive. Very busy small restaurant. Tables were not vacant for long.

Pierino is a great place to have pasta and pizza after a morning of museums. One pasta with a coke and bread is around 20£. The quality of the food is awesome and you feel like in a little Italian bistro. 100% recommended. 👏🏼👏🏼

Decent Italian in the heart of South Ken. Visited with my son after the Science Museum and generally OK all round. I ordered the Diavolo Pizza which was described as hot on the menu but in reality was pretty mild in heat. The kids pizza is around 10” and the dough is cooked well. Would I come here again, probably not.

People complaining about the prices or the small tables and the crowded restaurant have to stop leaving reviews. It’s a very expensive location for commercial real estate. Of course this will be an over average priced restaurant. It’s tiny just like all the rest of little Italian restaurants. This is the ethos of Italian dining. We had two pastas and they were both great, particularly the Amatriciana,which is so hard to get right. The food came out really fast. The service was fantastic. Very kind staff and management. They did not comment on my son having an orange juice bottle from the outside and thus not ordering a drink. The owner also kindly offered some chocolate treats at the end.

Gorgeous pizza. Brilliant staff. So friendly & we’re so nice in accommodating me on my own at a very busy lunchtime rush 💖 Put this spot on your list 💃
